Soft copy of CAR 3 and Part 23 wanted

i'm looking for a complete soft copy of part 23 anc CAR 3.

I can find pieces of both but not complete copies.

But i'm looking for a single document for part 23 and CAR 3 worth
printing. The sections that are at that website are displayed a section
at a time.

A copy of CAR 3 in pdf should be in your mailbox. I didn't have part 23.
