Default Commercial/CFI Written Knowledge Exams

I am getting ready to take my Commercial written exam. Someday, I
would like to be a CFI. I have heard that the written tests for the
Commercial, Ground and Flight Instructor take the questions from the
EXACT same bank of questions. Is this true?
