Default Ueberlingen midair: Final report published

There have been a lot of speculations about the midair of the 1st of
July 2002 at Ueberlingen (near the Swiss-German frontier) between a
Boeing 757 and a Tupolew 154. Today, the German Federal Bureau of
Aircraft Accidents Investigation has published the final report. This
should provide the facts and put an end to the speculations.
