FORT RUCKER, Ala. (Army News Service, Dec. 16, 2003) -- The home of
Army Aviation welcomed its 10th commander Dec. 10 during a change of
command ceremony at Howze Parade Field, Fort Rucker.

Brig. Gen. E.J. Sinclair assumed command of the U.S. Army Aviation
Center and Fort Rucker from Maj. Gen. John M. Curran, who will be
assigned as the director of the Futures Center, U.S. Army Training and
Doctrine Command, Fort Monroe, Va.

Sinclair has served as the assistant commanding general of For...

U.S. and friendly nation laws prohibit fully reproducing
