Yes, quite true. Any third party is just a bystander even if he is as
noisy as a megaphone.

A third party has no recourse to law for civil damages claimable by a
second party on the first.

Hummingbird is squawking a pathetic message to freeware authors:

"I hate those Pricelessware people and you should take
out a law suit against them because I think you ought to".

Who cares.
