Default [US: PA/NJ/NY] Governor's Cup Request

I emailed this out to a bunch of folks, but my distribution list is getting
a bit out of date. Reposting here for those of you who follow R.A.S.
Please forward to as many GCuppers as possible:

Subject: Grumpy Governor

Content:
I know there are a lot of old email addresses on this list, so some of the
intended audience won't receive the mail. If you know how to reach folks,
please forward this:

Last night, I spent 3+ hours trying to sort out flights submitted on the
GCup South course in the last one month. This is only 20 or so flights.
But, there are a bunch out there with absolutely no helpful information
whatsoever. Just a file, a date, and a tail number. People flying around
essentially locally are trying to grab 2 or 3 miles, but they're leaving it
up to me to figure it out. One guy goes and flies up to a turnpoint,
reverses course and heads the other way. Another guy basically does a
circle around the home field. Etc.

At minimum, you need to post:

- Name (self explanatory, I hope, otherwise you shouldn't be
flying)

- Claimed performance ("GCup South aborted at Van Sant" would work
fine).

- Comments if there is anything unusual ("Score me as a start at
Van Sant; I'll get distance to Pottstown via PGC" would be helpful).

Going forward, if I have to spend more than 1 minute on a file, I'm just
not gonna score it.

BTW - it's a whole lot easier if you declare the flight, even after
landing. Though it won't be valid, it will show up and I can use it to
drive the scoring.
