Default "Grab A Glider"

Northbound on US 101 in South San Francisco this morning, I caught a
glimpse of a billboard with an electronic sign on the bottom.
Unfortunately, I had been looking down at something (don't worry, I was
a passenger) and by the time I looked up we were almost past the sign,
but I did read "Grab a glider in Minden" and something about 22 miles.

I was glad to see some advertising, even hundreds of miles from the
gliding location. Does anyone know whose billboard it was? My guess is
that it was for a Lake Tahoe tourism office, but as I said, I didn't get
a good look at it.
