Default Repair/Overhaul facility for motorglider engine

I am looking for a US based repair station or A & P mechanic that has experience and can perform a tear down inspection and repairs to a Grob 2500 engine. This engine is a derivative of the air cooled VW design much like the Limbach engines. I know of several folks that work on these type of engines for experimental use but our engine is on our Grob 109B that is certificated as a Standard Category aircraft. The work on the engine will require a signed-off by an A & P mechanic or a Repair Station. Does anyone have any recommendations?
Thanks,
Robert
