Default Two radios on one headset

Hi

We try to have on one headset to radios. One radio is a aviation radio the
other a all-people-radio with a range of about 2 km. What we want is to have
is a master-slave funtionality. If the master gets a signal the slave should
be quiet. Do you have any idea if there is such a thing to buy in a stor or
a kit?

Cheers René.
