Default Selling US glider to Europe, but keeping a share

Wondering if anyone's done this. Is there a way to structure a syndicate to best simplify licensing, etc.?

If transferring to an EASA country's register, you'll find it no problem to
register (a share of) the aircraft in your name provided there's a
designated representative or part-owner with an address in said country.

Can a US citizen form a syndicate with a EASA citizen without forming a legal LLC or corporation ? What type of legal mechanism is involved? I personally have a glider in europe which is legally owned and registered by another EASA individual.
