Default ASW 19 aileron weight and balance information

I am looking for the weight and balance specs for the control surfaces for an ASW 19. Ailerons, elevator, and rudder. In theory, that ought to be in the maintenance manual. Which I don't have. If you have this manual, or even the specs for the control surfaces could you let me know?

Thanks!

John Swanson.

Thanks! Do you have a copy of the manual? The manual disappeared from mine years ago before I owneed it. (but not the logbooks, thank goodness). The copy that everyone I've contacted so far has is only the flight manual, ending on page 19. The table of contents references the operations manual, but I've never been able to locate the missing pages.
