Default U.S.A.F. - C.A.P. take note from our Canadian neighbors

Our local CAP squadron who has a very nice L-23, often seems more
about rules, restrictions and talking than flying.

Canadian Air Cadets produce a LOT of quqlified young pilots and share
it with the public as well.
