Does anyone know if there is a restaurant on or near Layton's Field in
New Jersey? I'd appreciate any help.

Google Earth knows about Leyton's Airfield at 39 38' 14" N 75 13' 13" W
and it seems at some past date it used 28NJ as the identifier. (Per World
Aero Data) See:
http://worldaerodata.com/US/NEW_JERSEY.php
But the other posters are correct. Presently 28NJ is a heliport owned by
"TRUMP TAJ MAHAL REALTY CORP"

OP was correct. It is Layton's Airfield.
(I cannot type)
Aerial photos show it overgrown. Doubt it has been used in years.
