Default follow-up on Navy suing man over restored Corsair

There was some discussion a while back about a Minnesota man who was
restoring a wrecked Corsair and the U.S. Navy's heavy-handed attempt to
sue him for the return of the airplane and reimbursement for any
"damage" he did to it.

A happy ending may be forthcoming, as an NC Congressman has introduced a
private bill conveying the airplane to the restorer, and the Navy does
not plan to object:

I'm probably being too optimistic, but I hope this is a sign of things to
come.
