Trolling represents the TRUEST form of free speech and those
like myself recognize it for what it really is…a playful
exchange, spicing up facts and information with a kind of
melodramatic parody of war and conflict. It brings style to
the Internet, a form of art, UPA and IPA, Usenet Performance
Art and Internet Performance Art.

Does the right to free speech equal release of liability?

No. Freedom of speech means no prior restraint; it does not necessarily
guarantee no consequences.

Stand in the middle of Times Square in NYC and holler at the top of your
lungs, "Black people eat ****".
You will soon learn the meaning of consequences.

No it isn't. It is little different than walking into gathering of
people who are discussing a topic and yelling something you know will
**** the group off. The little difference is the fact that because you
aren't actually with the people there is little chance at retribution.

It isn't art. It is just the troll being a pussy.
