Default Corsair Parts, anyone?

So we're wrapping up our new "Corsair Suite", and it's looking great! It
should be on-line by this time tomorrow.

One thing we really need, however, is some sort of authentic Corsair stuff
to put in it. You know, a hydraulic actuator, or an airspeed indicator, or
SOMETHING from a real, live Corsair, that would give the suite the proper
air of authenticity.

Anyone got any ideas? Our Mustang Suite has become our most popular suite,
largely because of the authentic Mustang stuff that Vlado Lenoch kindly
donated.

Anyone here know a Corsair owner with a hangar full of junk parts they'd
care to part with?

Try the Kalamazoo Air Zoo restoration fellows... I don't know why they'd
want to get rid of anything, but you never know. When I was there last
year, I got to go through the restoration hanger and it is filled with all
kinds of parts. Maybe they have extras??? )

maybe Pride or Courtesy in Rockford, IL.

Long shots I know, but they may lead you to something down the road.

The first thing you have to do is put a TV & DVD player with the entire
collection of the "Black Sheep" TV Series.

If only we could get the actors to shut up so we could see more of the
Corsairs!

Jay,
We've got an air combat museum here at Springfield, IL. I've never been to
it, but I've seen their Corsair fly.
Here's their web site: http://www.aeroknow.com/acm.htm

Give 'em a call to see if they have anything you want.

Jay

Check Navy for where their bone yard us. Might be able to buy or be
given some parts especialy if the Navy gets credit. They go for things
that put them in a good light.

Rots of ruck boysan.
