Not the news you need to get on a Sunday afternoon Neil and son rest in
peace.

Article from: AAP
A MAN and a child have been killed in a glider crash south of Sydney.

Police said the motorised glider had crashed at Catherine Field, near the
Camden Valley Way, about 4pm (AEST).

Emergency services attended and found the bodies of a man and a child at the
scene.

No further details were immediately available.

An ambulance spokesman said a search was being conducted in the area after a
witness reported seeing something falling from the glider shortly before it
crashed.

There were unconfirmed reports that someone had jumped from the aircraft, he
said.

The spokesman said the dead child was believed to have been about six or
seven.

He said the bodies of both victims had been found in the wreckage.

In Australia sad story my mate Eddy rang me last night near midnight he said
Neil was the morning tug pilot and Eddy was the afternoon he relived him.

He said at one stage when they were having a chat the son on his second trip
to fly with dad was playing with his dinosaur while they chatted he said
that memory will stay with him for a long time.

They departed Camden Airport NSW later in the Stemme no one thought a second
thought when there was a puff of black smoke in the distance until the
police turned up the control tower had closed for the day.

Neil was a really good bloke it is a tragedy.

May he rest in peace.
