Training Materials for Pilots Transitioning to Tail Dragger Gliders?
Our club is transitioning from an all-Schweizer fleet to a mixed fleet with a Twin Astir (not a Twin II) and an LS4. Both of these are true tail draggers, and I'm seeing a lot of folks struggling with some of the fundamental differences in tail dragger operations during takeoffs and landings.
Rather than re-invent the wheel, has anyone put together any materials (a presentation would be ideal) on the topic of transitioning from a Schweizer-trained pilot to someone flying modern glass?

p.s. I've read some of the threads on R.A.S. regarding how "properly trained" Schweizer pilots shouldn't have a hard time transitioning. I agree. However, it's also obvious that pilots develop bad habits, like relying on the wingtip training wheels that allow high speed turns by dropping a wing or using the nose skid as a crutch for landings with excess speed. So, no need to renew the battle of Schweizer vs. The World; just looking for some practical materials we can use.
