Incirlik best in small Air Force bases — again

For the second year in a row, the 39th Services Squadron at Incirlik
Air Base, Turkey, has been named tops in the Air Force for small
bases.

The squadron received the Maj. Gen. Eugene L. Eubank Services Award
after being judged to have demonstrated the best leadership,
management, customer focus and operational results at a base with
fewer than 6,000 personnel during the past year.
