Default "I'll spend your money . . ."

Senator Joe Biden on C-SPAN September 11th pointed out that if the top
1% of the taxpayers in the USA didn't take Bush's tax cut this year
the extra money paid into the Treasury in this single year by the top
1% would cover the 87 Billion Bush has just asked for. FWIW the bottom
I say again bottom ranking income in that 1% rank is a cool 675,000
bucks. He just squeaked in, I guess. Senator Biden promised he will
introduce a bill into the Senate to effect such an action.

If they would just collect the taxes from people who haven't paid taxes
for the last 5 years, we could fund 10 wars.

The Democratic answer to taxes, is that we need to spend it, and not
let the "we the people" have it. It is also a federalist agenda, where
states can just go to hell.

Ah well...

Hmmm . . . better yet, if Walt and his buddy "Plagiarism Joe" just agreed to
remove all of the unconstitutional, illegal, adn extra-constitutional stuff
out of the budget, we could pay for 6 of those wars a year.

*And* get a much larger, fairer tax cut.

*And* enjoy a higher standard of living.

But for now, let's just continue to stick our heads in a bag of dun and
actually consider insipid stuff like "Socialist Joe's" ultra-regressive
theft proposal . . .

Constitutional entities are Mail, House, Senate, Executive, Military and
Mint; all the Executive Cabinet activities are extra Constitutional.

Most invented after 1964, and due to federalism, not just Elephant
or Donkey regimes.

Federalism is the enemy of any Democracy. Huge power in unelected
positions with huge budgets, and no oversight. It's just a matter of time
before the federal reserve collapses, and we can start all over again
(those who survive).

Federalists (libertarians) have always battled the anti-federalists and
their Federalism. The basic problem being that the People would never trust
a Federalist govenment, with its concentration of limited power. How do we
know you will be self limiting?

Federalism is the return of power to the States, which was originally an
anti-federalist initiative. Jefferson dubbed the anti-federalists
"republicans" and then formed the Democratic Republican Party. Federalists
(libertarins) did not want State fifedoms and opposed the Bill of Rights.

And so we have the basket case of the USA, 50th in the great majority
of categories, Alabama, the spark plug for a lot of the USG's
mandates. I've been down there a couple times in December and guess
what? The state didn't have enough money to pay their teachers - both
times! - and Christmas was coming up.
California's now working on joining Alabama.
