Are you a federal civilian employee who took military leave before 2000? If

If I understand the site correctly, if your Federal employer (post office,
etc.) charged you military leave for days that you would not normally be
working your civilian job (ie-Sat, Sun) while doing annual training, then
you may be entitled to compensation.
