Or, use the current archive, navigate to the issue you want, the URL
will be something like this:
https://www.ssa.org/Archive/ViewIssu...=1988&month=02

Then edit the URL in the address bar of your browser, taking out the
"View" part, e.g., make it like this:
https://www.ssa.org/Archive/Issue.as...=1988&month=02

That results in the PDF downloading, bypassing the flash viewer.

Hopefully the new version of the archive will be up soon!
