To me, this is one of the saddest things that happens when owners stop
flying.. whether for health, or financial or whatever. There's
nothing more disheartening than walking around a country airport and
seeing lots of good airplanes slowly rusting away and melting into the
grass.

Not to mention that we have a limited supply of "inexpensive" (you
know what I mean) used aircraft, and between crashes and field queens,
even less are available.
