What do the operating / maintenance manuals give as the flying hours
limit before major inspection / overhall?

Default Blanik L-13 operating life

Charles,

We have an L-13 near Montreal and the first limit is 3 750 hours. You
can have with LET 500 and 1000 hours extensions with differents level
onf inspections.
