Aren't commercial pilots safer drivers because they'll lose their
chance for a shot at the majors if they get too many or the wrong kind
of ticket? With the hiring/furlough situation as bad as it is, I've
heard a single speeding ticket can get you flushed. That'll keep you
driving like your license exam all the time. Any pros care to confirm
or deny?

No, but I have noticed that I tend to drive with only one hand on the weel
more than I used to.
