Not so bizzare,

When we go to the Bonneville Salt Flats each year,
for the Land Speed races
ashes of some of the old time racers have been loaded into the
braking parachutes of the cars, so that after the cars make
their runs and pop the chutes, the ashes are spread for miles over
the salt. As more of the racers pass on, its a tribute to the
sport that we love.. rather quiet and respectful..
