I just bought mosquito 303 and there is an 6x8 inch Inspection hole behind main gear is that factory.

yes. That is how you inspect/service the control connections.

Yes that is Glasflugel standard, all the Mozzy's and Hornet's have the hatch, it is access to the rudder circuit bellcrank and stops, amongst other things

Mine has an air exit vent built in to the hatch - unsure if it's factory or not.

Hi Nick
that air vent is not standard its a job I did for a customer and the hatch got swapped when the glider was pranged
