Wasn't the scandal caused by Boeing's misuse of proprietary Lockheed
Martin Corp. documents in a 1998 bid to win a $1.88 billion Evolved
Expendable Launch Vehicle program contract originated at MacDac?

Looks like Condit decided Boeing could well lose the 767 tanker deal if they
didn't clean house...


Boeing stock is up 0.6% this morning. Condt's resignation hasn't hurt
Boeing yet.

I was thinking Condit out last week. Twice unethical is problematic.
