OK. I don't know what the problem is, but in my sent folder, this message
has all of the information. Let's try this again.

1956 Tripacer (PA-22-150). Needs Annual. 3,100 TTAF. 1183 SMOH.
Overall condition is fair to good. Paint/Fabric fair to good. Mechanically
in great shape. Everything works. Airplane was recovered in Ceconite about
15 years ago. Will need to be recovered in a few years. All compressions in
the upper 60's. Normal oil usage. Has been hangared for the last 8 years.
Airplane is flyable and is flown regularly. Needs some cosmetic fabric work
(flap & gear legs).
New DG and Artificial Horizon. New RPM/Hour meter. New EGT and Volt meter.
Narco AT-150 Transponder. Icom A-22 NAV/COM transceiver wired into 4-place
intercom. Two GPS units: Magellan EC-10X and Garmin Pilot III.
Cloth interior is in good shape.
This is a good 4-place airplane that is easy to fly and cheap to maintain.
Will sell or trade. $15,000 OBO.

As far as I know. The owner is my fiance and I am posting for him. If you
question this, you are more than welcome to email him or call him on it.

How long have you been engaged and do you think that you may be interested
in me instead? ;-

No, Zoomlet, because compressions change from time to time. High sixties
ain't all that great anyway. Not great, but passable. Seventies are
better, but an old Lycoming usually goes on and on. Now if it did sixties
this time and fifties next time, I'd worry.

If you are doing a pre-buy, bring your own differential compression tester.

The aircraft sounds like a decent buy, but I'd convert it to a taildragger.
Otherwise it will always be a flying milkstool.

Depends whether Lori is making him get rid of airplanes, or whether they are moving up
to a better one once they are married.

HA! I hear from so many guys that fly that once they get married, the wife
wants them to get rid of the plane. I am the total opposite. I love to
fly, local barbeque/fish fry fly-ins and everything. I love the weekend
trips to the beach and the mountains of North Carolina, and I will miss the
Tripacer, but we need something faster, like an RV-6 or a Glasair. I love
to fly and I love my pilot :-) We have been engaged since this past July
and are getting married in 5 weeks in Hawaii.
So James, sorry man, but I gotta turn ya down.

Lori, do you realize that by opening a camp to train wives to think like you
do, you could become rich beyond your wildest dreams? Think about it. I'm
serious.

She has a pilot, that actually flies his plane...

Quite different than having one, that sits in the cockpit and makes
airplane/jet noises...

Hey the good women are out there, but it takes a better personality than yours
to catch one.

-Ron [Sure honey, you can have whatever radios you want in the plane].
