Looking for a group that is dedicated to gliders with
engines for launch or retrieve assist.

That would be the Auxiliary-powered Sailplane Association at
www.motorglider.org. Lots of good info, including access to the
1988-2004 newsletters. There are links at the end of the home page for
the ASA discussion group, groups for specific motorgliders, and
manufacturer listings.

Yes,
I know it will pass, I just had a thought.
I have a this fuselage in my storage I thought in time I can
stick some sort of turbo in it. As in small engine but not for take off.
How come you knew it was just a flight of fancy.
Back to the grind stone and finishing building those wings.
