Foul line doesn't look like much protection there! There's video out there
somewhere of a Hornet pulling the same thing... A "RIGHT FOR LINEUP." call from the LSO at the ramp. Pilot does a very aggressive right wing down correction and catches his wingtip LAU on the one wire. There's some wild funky chicken and swearing on the mouse audio before he comes to a stop.
