Default F-A-22 buy gets partial funding

The F/A-22 program has managed to get 22 Raptors bugeted.

The Senate committee's bill authorizes $3.4 billion to buy 22 F/A
Raptor aircraft, Down from the 24 wanted by the Whitehouse,
Congressional defenders of the Georgia made F/A-22 Raptor face another
fight to get its production numbers back on schedule..
