The Problem I have after combining and decoding is I only got one pic. Why?

Awww, crap.
Sorry, guys. I'm kinda new to posting. Thank you Neil for cleaning up
my mess. For those that only get one pic, I found the problem. The two
pics are damn near identical, one is a JPG, one is a BMP.

My bad, forgive me.

It's always better to resize the super big photos to say max 1024.

No it isn't. That would fill about a fifth of my display.
