Default GNS 530 Maintenance Mode Settings

I am just getting familiar with our new Garmin GNS 530.
Where can I find details of the settings in "Maintenance Mode" ?
I am wishing to change the operation of the Display and Keys settings.

Thanks for all input [and warnings about playing with these settings]
