Default A Brilliant Idea

While sipping my cold suds and laying on the beach, I had opportunity to
watch the banner tows cruise up and down the strip. Looking at my fellow
beach-goers, I noticed they stopped looking up at the tows after the
first few have gone by. It was then, due to a seredipitous mixture of
beer and heatstroke, that I had my Big Idea...

Rig up a loudspeaker system on the tow plane, and make a recording of
engine in the last stages of (cough...sputter...cough) death. Play it
out the window, while pitching the nose up and down a little and tossing
in some wing waggles. Wallow your way up and down the strip. Think
biplane from "It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World."

You could probably charge double the going rate, until everyone else
copied you. But you'd always be the first.

Remember, you read it here first!

Mike
