Actually, my tour covered May-Nov of '66. During that period, the
appendix to the book lists 101 losses of F-105s. The footnote to the
appendix notes that this was F-105s only and doesn't include the very
significant losses of F-4s, A-4s, A-6s, RF-101s, A-1s etc, by both AF
and USN.
