Default Places to go around Las Vegas

We will be in Las Vegas in February. We rented a Cessna 172 last year and
did the Hoover Dam, Lad mead, Grand Cayon thing. Where do we go this
year? Are there any good $100 (or more) hamburger destinations nearby or
other sights we should see?

Fly south down the river to Bullhead City AZ (short flight) and take the
river taxi over to Laughlin Casinos for Lunch.. and one of the casinos has a
nice antique car museum..

Fly to the Airport south of Grand Canyon and go through the aircraft
museum... I'll go look up the information if you need it, I think there is
lunch on the airport somewhere

Fly over to Mojave and go through Burt Rutan's stuff.. want to see Space
Ship One and the White Knight?

Fly down to Sendona AZ, About 1+30 in an Arrow, so maybe a tad longer in a
C-172.. great airport restaurant and fantastic views of the Sedona Hills

BT

Of course.. if in early February.. I'll be in Ontario CA for the Soaring
Convention.

KSEZ ... (Airport is up on a mesa overlooking the city. Funky, eclectic,
aviation- saturated restaurant turns into very good & classy dining in the
evening.)

Al,

Sunday brunch at the Furnace Creek Lodge in Death Valley is an option.
So is Bryce and Zion Canyon, as well as the Lake Powell area. Sedona
isn't very far, either. Also, lunch at Marble Canyon (L41) is good, but
that would take you to the GC again.

Zatatime,

I'll second the recommendation for West Air at VGT. A solid outfit.
