I believe you'll find that the EAA does own "EAA".

Not inside the website domain name as the OP used it.

I wasn't responding to the OP, I was responding to the ignorant jerk that
wrote, "The EAA doesn't own 'EAA'."

I was responding the asshole who doesn't understand website domains and
trademarks in an international court setting.

If you happen to see him, take this piece of text and shove it up his
ass.

Yer missin' the point here junior. I have neither the time nor the
legal resources to waste on figuring out who some Usenet tit sucker
is. But then I'm just some J. Doe with an agenda of correcting the
clueless bull**** you tit suckers spit up in groups like this so
anyone with a legitimate need for knowledge doesn't end up thrashing
about because your wretch went unchallenged.

If I were even mildly interested in spanking you literally, and
sufficiently funded, I know just where to drive the bar in to wedge open
and yank you out in the open just like the vet did the day they yanked
you from your mother's crotch.

could sell lady's underwear under than name if you choose. It just has
to create confusion for customers. In addition it only applies where
you do business (i.e. there can be a A-1 termite company in Los
Angeles and New York that don't intrude on each others space). In this
case the OP is Canadian I believe, I'm not sure if there is an EAA
presence in Canada or not.

They are from South Africa.

Subject to where you opened that school, you might be challenged by EAA.
In the OP, they are South Africans who are running servers in that
country and whose name is Exxxxxx Axxxxxx Aviation.

From a website that has EAA in the middle of its domain name.

Sorry, I'd be happy to provide additional assistance, but I've seen nothing
you describe in this thread.

Yer missin' the point here junior.

No, the point is you don't know what you're talking about. I got that
immediately.

You're not in a position to correct anyone here.

Bold talk, but that's all it is. You can believe me when I say you're
simply not capable of that.

Yes, I believe you, honestly I do, every word.

snicker

Poor little loon. So defeated and deflated you can't find anything
of substance to argue about, yet you're still unable to refrain
from slobbering all over my dick.

Here's a couple free clues for you pet: you're a sad joke in a clown
suit ****ting his pants on tempo in front of the RAP audience and
pretending not being fully potty trained is a suitable substitute for
intelligence and wit. That's the extent of your contribution here,
and the reason people but their eFists to your metaphorical teeth
every time you open your mouth.

It's all you deserve. You're such a dumb sonofabitch you can't control
your mental purges no matter how ****ing stupid what you have to say is,
and you actually think that's clever.

Poor little loon.

Remember when the World Wrestling Federation was calling itself the WWF?
The World Wildlife Fund (the folks with the Panda in the logo) put an
end to that and they weren't even dealing with the same general subject.

....and that's a crock, because the wrestling federation was in a completely
separate area of trademarks. The British court that made the wrestling
federation change the name, frankly, screwed up.
