Default KJAN and KMBO landing videos

Getting "reacquainted with an old friend" now the interconnect spring
tension has been adjusted for the rigging of my plane. Last squawk
remaining is I need some trim adjustment (more nose up) and that will
be taken care of next week.

Did some air work and then a touch and go at KJAN and then a couple of
landings at my own airport.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WHLQXswrE-8 (just over a six minute
video)

Some folks may take it as arrogant, but good, better and best is in
the eye of the beholder anyhoo and can't please em all, but I thought
the last landing in the video was one of my best to date.

On another topic

Just curious on what others think on the following when I create these
videos.

Is the subtitling annoying? More needed? less needed?
With two separate airports involved and multiple landings, better to
put them in one longer video or separate shorter videos?
I know music fits some, some it doesn't but just curious on
preferences.

I know there are varied opinions, but for me, I try to make them like
I would want to see other videos with similar equipment that I have

I don't have the intercom system, and at this time I don't think I
will look into it since it's entertainment anyway.

I did figure a way to anchor the camera in place and be able to safely
operate it during all phases of flight. I did this on the above video

With the glare shield being repaired, I was able to put my softback
portfolio containing maps, charts and other diddies on top of the
glareshied and put the camera in front of it and push it clear to the
windscreen. Just enough space in front where the lens can poke out and
not touch the windscreen. While I cannot see the screen display of the
camera, I can see a blinking light at the top so I can tell it's
videoing and the shutter button is on top within easy reach to turn on
and off as desired.

Obviously good for days of reasonably smooth air, not for the
turbulent days, but if it was that turbulent, I wouldn't be mussing
around with the camera anyway.

After a seven week layoff, nice to be in the saddle Wink

Next up, night currency, fine tune my instrument approach procedures
in VFR conditions, then go touch some clouds.
