UAA’s Goal

UAA’s Goal is to successfully train professional pilots in a peaceful, exciting, and respectful environment while transforming their dreams into reality. Our main goal is for our students to succeed with the highest standards.
Instructor and Training
UAA specializes in professional pilot training for single and multi-engine land aircrafts. UAA’s experienced flight instructors are highly professional in their teaching, passionate with the flight, organized with the students training, responsible with client’s time and money, and talented in transferring aviation knowledge. All of the above gives us the ability to train our students, tomorrow’s world pilots, in high standard; it also helps us develop professional pilots that will have the confidence, ability and skills to handle highly responsible and serious situations such as airline or corporate pilot positions, emergency situations and other types of real scenarios.
What we all need to take into consideration is that instructors are essential to flight training. Without an instructor to present the aviation material properly, the training may be ineffective. UAA has an advantage by retaining instructors who are professional, passionate, organized, responsible and talented; however, UAA’s instructors undergo a continuous prequalification process, and they are updated and trained on all previous and current information such as new and effective instruction techniques obtained by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and or any reliable sources within the aviation industry including Fundamentals of Instruction (FOI).
In our academy we choose, critique and evaluate our flight Instructors based on knowledge, talent, skills, behavior and ability to successfully and effectively transfer aviation knowledge. It is really important that students know that an instructor’s wrong action or attitude to the student might significantly affect the candidates performance on the willingness to learn and passion to fly. A candidate can lose interest in aviation if the flight instructor does not know how to properly treat and effectively teach the student on a step by step basis.
Our highly skilled flight instructors are constantly making improvement on discovering unique and new teaching methods to bring the flight training process to the highest possible level.
UAA’s instructors are constantly making rearrangements on the teaching progress to cover possible student’s weaknesses, such as missing knowledge, uncovered chapters, and non-understood material.
Here at ULTIMATE AIR ACADEMY (UAA) we do not share pilot cards we make real professional pilots!
ULTIMATE AIR ACADEMY (UAA) does not focus on expensive and fancy aircraft/equipment to draw the students’ attention; however, we do have new and approved updated technology that we use effectively throughout the students flight training. UAA focuses on the effectiveness on how to make real and professional pilots. Therefore, no matter what road students decide to follow for their aviation career, we can help and accomplish the established goals effectively.
After constant research on a non-stop basis, we have broken down the flight training in different phases. For example,
a new student that starts from zero to commercial or even more flight instructor certificates will start with a simple (carbureted) trainer Cessna 172P to get the experience of carbureted aircrafts with analog instrument panel, he/she will continue with a fuel injected, analog panel Cessna 172SP, with increased engine performance. Then, the student will be oriented to the Glass Cockpit Technology aircraft (TAA) using a Cessna 172S (G1000) and finally using Complex and Multi Engine aircrafts, such as Cessna 172RG and Beechcraft Duchess (BE-76).
ULTIMATE AIR ACADEMY (UAA) understands how a new student can feel. There are many different types of mixed emotions a student will experience, such as excitement, nervousness, homesickness, frustration and uncertainty, recognizing that a student will encounter new surroundings and unique challenges. This is very normal for new students and UAA is here to help in any way possible. If a student finds himself or herself unhappy, UAA’s school counselor and staff are here for them. All employees are trained to handle such situations with the students and to analyze, identify and solve any problems encountered.
The Training is conducted at high standards based on real life scenarios, using the highest quality.
Upon the student’s completion, the graduate will have the ability to successfully pass any airline or corporate interview and handle real emergency situations without stress.
Remember, it is really important to know that the certificate or pilot card is not what will make a student a real and professional pilot! The willingness and passion combined with proper and professional attitude, as well as the quality and well organized flight institution and instructors are what will directly and effectively drive a student to his/her success.
ULTIMATE AIR ACADEMY has established a great relationship with CHRISTIANSEN AVIATION, INC, which is one of the most powerful and established aircraft leasing companies within the United States. Providing more than 200 aircrafts to different institutions and facilities across the U.S. and operating since 1972, Christiansen Aviation highly recommends ULTIMATE AIR ACADEMY for flight training, and as CHRISTIANSEN AVIATION, INC mentions on the recommendation letter to ULTIMATE AIR ACADEMY, they are “here to support us as far as aircrafts go (as needed).”
ULTIMATE AIR ACADEMY (UAA) cares about its students’ achievements because when our students are successful, UAA has succeeded.

Equipment and Maintenance

UAA does not only have the instructors but we have the equipment as well. Starting with our fleet, we have a variety of different types of aircrafts such as:
Single Engine: Cessna 172S G1000’s (Glass Cockpit) – Cessna 172SP’s – Cessna 172P’s – Cessna 152’s – Cessna 172RG’s
Multi Engine: Beechcraft Duchess BE-76’s
Safety is UAA’s number one priority; therefore, our aircrafts are well maintained. UAA’s aircrafts are carefully and thoroughly examined and repaired as needed. For example, UAA changes the oil and filter every 50 hours, for we do not want the oil to get to the point of turning dark. In addition, our aircrafts are inspected every 100 hours. The aircrafts are washed and cleaned every 3 to 4 days for sanitary purposes. The body of the aircraft, known as the skin, is washed to prevent parasite drag which would affect performance of the airplane. There are many other routine activities we perform with the aircrafts to ensure safety.
The aircrafts have a well maintained and organized folder containing: original and copies of all legal documentation, copies of the maintenance logs, endorsements, the Pilot Operating Handbook (POH), keys (if needed), and other useful material.
UAA has a very good standing with our maintenance team, Orlando Aircraft Maintenance LLC, based at the Sanford Orlando International Airport (KSFB).
With over 8000 sq. ft. of shop space, Orlando Aircraft Maintenance LLC has the ability to work on most aircrafts under 12,500#. Orlando Aircraft Maintenance LLC staff has over 50 years combined experience which gives them the advantage to perform repairs from basic general maintenance to complex system repair or engine overhaul. Their mechanics are familiar with Cessna, Piper and Beechcraft; Radial and Opposed piston engines as well as light Turbines. Sheet metal, fabric, and A/C service is also available.
Facility and Amenities
ULTIMATE AIR ACADEMY’s (UAA) facility is equipped to serve a client’s every need. We have computers for the students to study with the proper software installed, for example: Gleim FAA Test Prep 2010 Edition and printers to print training materials and study guides.
