Young Eagles Day at 47N - July 12
To celebrate 100 years of powered flight, EAA Chapter 1333 and Central
Jersey Regional Airport (CJRA) would like to invite you to its 3rd annual EAA Fly in and Young Eagles Day on July 12th, rain date July 13th, from 10am to 4pm at Central Jersey Regional Airport in Hillsborough, NJ. Kids between the ages of 7 and 17 can experience the thrill of flight. They will receive a certificate as a Young Eagle, from Test Pilot Chuck Yeager and their names will be entered into the largest flight logbook in the world. The best part is it's FREE! Earlier this year CJRA was preserved, with the help of the NJ Department of Transportation, and all of the citizens of New Jersey. Future generations will be able to utilize and enjoy this vital part of our nation's transportation system. Come out and see what you have helped to preserve. The day features vintage aircraft, hot air balloons, government helicopters, antique automobiles, military and rescue vehicles, food, memorabilia and much, much more. Best of all Admission is FREE.
