FAA ranks near bottom in Government employee morale

Pay particular attention to the employee satisfaction scores
involving "White" employees and "African-American" employees
and people over 40 in the Federal Aviation Administration.

The FAA ranks near the bottom in almost every category in
Federal Service unless you are Black. As an ex-FAA employee
I know why. They treat critical employees like controllers
and technicians like **** while they "Kiss the Black Ass"
and cater to diversity conferences at resort casinos.

Would it not make sense that a Government agency responsible
for millions of lives EVERY ****ING DAY should rank near the
top?

Should a Government agency that is responsible for BILLIONS
of revenue EACH day be near the TOP or BOTTOM?

Why are minorities so much more happy in the FAA??
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm???

Why is Diversity and "Kissing the Black Ass" more important
now in the Federal AVIATION Administration?

Anybody got an answer?

"Kissing the Black Ass" is coming at an extremely high price
and at the risk of millions of the flying public.
