Default Name that Jet!

It's been probably 15 years since I seen the original "Look Who's Talking"
but I remember Kristi Alley (back when she could fit in the weight and
balance envelope) and Travolta flying in (if my memory is correct) a small 4
seat jet that Travolta was piloting. What kind of plane was that?

Ceiling: Approved 39.000 Ft
Certified 25.000 Ft

What's the distinction here? What do these two numbers mean for the pilot
owner?
