Default Seeking S-H ground handling accessories (V2C)

Anyone with knowledge of where I can obtain any of the following
accessories for a 2002 V2C, your feedback is gr8ly appreci8ed:

* Wing wheel, not like the POS Mk 1 model that came with the glider (I
do *not* want a generic replacement)
* Tail dolly, ditto previous qualifier (does anyone in the US make
custom ground gear replacements?)
* Light weight aluminum wing stands (are they made by Cobra?)
* Wing and tailplane covers

Tim? Paul? Santa Claus? NE1?
