On the flight schedule at noon today. Wasn't sure what today's work
was going to be and thought maybe some dual with some solo afterwards.
Got to the filed about 30 mins early and was running up W&B for solo
and dual flight when Q walks by and taps my solo work up and says
"solo today" and adds one more bit of paperwork to my pile - a
pre-solo checklist.

Kev, you've got a talent mate. A talent for putting other people right there
in the seat next to you. I'm REALLY glad you're enjoying your training, but
it ****es me off that I had to call it quits due to health problems. Not so
much these dys, but it still rankles a bit, but your diary IS a joy and it
"almost" makes up for my loss.

Keep it up. (And the diary). Oh yeah, and the heli too:-))
