Default Shields for C-26 plugs

Does anybody remember the dome shaped shields that were once available for
Champion C-26 sparkplugs? I'm restoring a Culver Cadet and want to avoid the
non-original eye brow humps which are commonly used as a solution for the
tight clearance of the front top plugs.
I need two, and feel I could make them if I could see one or a good photo of
one.
Thanks,
Ed Byars
