Default SeeYou / Mac / VMware Fusion

To use the video capture features on a Macbook (10.4.11), I installed
VMware Fusion 1.1, the Windows XP, then SeeYou. The result is a
reasonable but not great SeeYou play rate which I then captured with
IShowU. Has anyone else done this and compared the performance using
Parallels? The goal is to have one laptop as a presentation machine
for seminars where I can capture the slides, HD and DV videos, mouse
movements, SeeYou, and audio all on one platform.

Thanks in advance.

Kempton,

I use SeeYou with Parallels, and find it to be fairly fluid. My
understanding is that the graphics are a bit faster with Parallels vs
VMware. I have also had good luck using the pro version of SnapZ Pro
X to do video screen capture on the mac. Higher frame rates than
iShowU. Very flexible too. I have never tried capturing seeyou
running in an emulator with a mac app though. Is that what you were
doing with IShowU?
