Thank you Badge Dude (US)

Just had to say something. Last monday I mailed the paperwork for a
Silver Altitude and a Diamond Goal/Gold Distance claim. I emailed
the .igc files to Rollin. Today both came back approved. Fantastic
turn around time and great service from the new badge dude.

I would also like to second that opinion. My gold distance paperwork
was approved quickly and I really appreciated the email I got
confirming my application.

I've got to add my thanks too. I'm an OO and have observed several
state/national/world records and a large handful of badge claims since
Rollin took on this thankless job, and the manner in which he has
worked with us when there were questions, and the speed with which he
has approved claims has been most welcome. To the previous post I'd
add: responsive, yes; helpful, yes; and on top of all, fast!
