Default RAF exercises in South Wales, UK - list of?

Do the RAF or MoD publish a list of dates when they are doing
exercises around their bombing range, etc near Ferryside, Carmarthen,
South Wales?

I can't see anything listed on the various sites, but maybe I'm
looking in the wrong place.

thanks

I've never seen any. The only advance notices that I've seen refer to
the Castlemartin tank range. They usually post up the dates of future
firings.

There is a car park in a field on high ground overlooking the range.
Built by the army IIRC, complete with metal mesh to stop vehicles
sinking into the mud.. There is a notice-board there.....

I have a vague recollection that the info is also published in the local
paper, but I can't remember its name.

Sorry to be so vague but it's some 6 years since I was there.
