Default Mena, Arkansas - Wave Camp

I am looking for pilots who participated in the Mena, AR Wave
during the 1970's. I would like to hear their stories and see if
they have any pictures.

I talked to one pilot who on 11-27-1975 climbed to just over
17,000 feet. He took a tow to 5,000 ft but did reach the wave
lift around 2,500 ft. His Barograph did not work all the way to
17,000.
He did get his Gold Altitude during this flight.
